Chris is grateful and proud to lead, and learn from, the teams he works with, and employs a strength-based leadership style rooted in kindness, approachability, thoughtfulness, and fruition. Drawing inspiration from mentors, colleagues, creative collaborations, and person-centered work, Chris strives to enhance the senses of belonging, rights, and companionship in the lives of people with disabilities.
