With over 10 years of experience in outreach support roles, Hyounggi is committed to supporting people with disabilities to live meaningful lives in their communities. He is motivated by working alongside people and believes that even small steps can make a real difference.

Hyounggi’s approach is closely aligned with Skills Society’s vision of citizenship, with a focus on belonging, dignity, and full participation. His educational background in computer engineering, public administration, and social work allows him to bring both practical problem-solving and strong social awareness to his work. He prioritizes inclusive, person-centred practices and values building trusting relationships within teams to support collaborative solutions.

In his role as Recruitment and Training Coordinator, Hyounggi is energized by supporting new employees as they start their careers and grow in their roles.
