Picnic in a Lab

On Friday Sept 22nd, individuals supported by Skills Society Outreach program and staff gathered to have lunch and conversation.  It was a wonderful afternoon that included music, games and lot's of laughter.  This group did not let the weather interfere with the fun! instead they brought the picnic inside and used the visually appealing and unique Action Lab space as an indoor picnic venue - we couldn't have asked for a better turnout! It was such a great opportunity for people to connect and get to know each other, while giving a warm send off to the summer and a welcoming hello to the fall.

Thank you  Save on Foods on 109th street for donating food and drinks and for contributing to your community - we couldn't have done it without you!
