Fill Out the PDD Review Survey

The Persons with Developmental Disabilities program (PDD) is currently being reviewed. A community led panel has been appointed to oversee the review. The review panel is seeking input from people with developmental disabilities, their families and guardians, workers, agencies, and community leaders.

People can share their experiences, thoughts, and insights by doing one (or all) of the following:

  1. Attend a community conversation: Community Conversations are taking place in Edmonton on December 5th at the Edmonton Inn and Conference Centre (11830 Kingsway) at the following times:

    1. 9-11am Service Providers and Advocacy Groups

    2. 2-4pm Public

    3. 6-8pm Public

  2. Fill out the online survey by clicking on the following link:

  3. Video, Written, or Art Submissions can be emailed to css.pddreview@gov.ab.ca

You can also check out what they have learned from previous community conversations here. This might help you consider what feedback you would like to give.
