With a background in visual communication and industrial design and a strong interest in the built environment, she is curious about how systems and spaces often reflect dominant narratives, and how that can be reimagined.

Bruno possesses a foundational background in psychology combined with practical, frontline experience supporting children, youth, and adults within community environments. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and possessing experience as a university Teaching Assistant, he has undergone practical training in clinical documentation, incident reporting, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).

Charlee started working for Skills Society 8 years ago and has worked in a number of positions including providing direct support to the people we serve, stewarding teams as a Team Leader, and currently as the Coordinator of Casual Supports.
